DONT ORDER FROM EKLECTIC SHOP - biabia - los angeles
I've never had a bad experience from amazon.com until now. My rice cooker arrived 4 weeks after the rest of my order and the box was totally crushed and badly damaged. I contacted the seller and was told that I couldn't return it after 30 days of ordering. It took 6 weeks to receive it. I'm bothered that they didn't even try to make it right. Don't order from EKLECTIC SHOP.

This is my first rice cooker so I tried several attempts to get good rice out of it. I did maybe twice. I experimented a few times adding more water but most of the time I got dry, crusty rice on the bottom. I figured out that I had to stop it before it was done otherwise it would burn. That's when I followed directions exactly. I thought it was me because I have issues making rice in a regular pot too. But I really think this rice cooker cooks too hot. So we are taking it back. I also got it at Costco.
